My Horizon

Eyes fixed on a horizon
that must be crossed again

Knowing that the closer I get
the farther it moves away from me

All I feel is a burning desire
to keep moving into the unknown

knowing that there will come a time
when i coalesce into the cosmos

knowing that this voyage is endless
knowing that i have but one life to make it
