The wheel spins on
it seems like a mindless compulsion
to an amateur onlooker.
A child cries, a man dies
A bomb blasts, a union fasts
Through wall breaks and earthquakes
This mighty wheel spins on.
Someone cried & someone laughed
Someone lost & someone gained
It's not the wheel of fortune
but the wheel of life.

More than the "wheel of life"... I feel it's the "wheel of time"...that's keep us "coming and going" again and again...Everything moves on, Time remains constant...What do you say?
what is time? alteration of a moment by it's successor.. time is the essence of change. it's another way of saying that change is the only constant! :-) true.. however, i wanted to stress upon the constant changes that take place in our little realms. life would include the universal element of time/change and also the individual element of perspectives, analysis, beliefs and growth..
